The best bed company
The lads that delivered the divan base were fantastic they treated my property with respect and took upstairs to bedroom. The quality of base was fabulous for the price. Bensons always excel in ensuring their customers are well looked after

Michael, the manager & other team members I spoke to were amazing & accommodating. No request was too much for them.
The mattress isnt being delievered until 6/6/25 but im pleased so far with the wonderful service!

No Commitment and Customer Trust
When I bought my chest of drawers, I strongly requested that it will be assembled by them. The salesperson and the branch manager very clearly confirmed that it will be delivered assembled. I fully explained to the sale team that I am not skilful at this, and therefore I did not buy it online. It was delivered without assembly, and they requested extra charges. I requested a refund, but they will deduct 20%. I requested some form of investigation but simply I understood that customer is to blame.

The seller was very friendly. They even called me two days later. That was a good customer service. Surely, I will return to the same shop to complete the purchase.

Poor customer services.
The customer service experience was very disappointing. I tried to amend my order through webchat and the hotline, but was unsuccessful. Eventually, I had to call the store and wait until the relevant staff member was available, which took a long time. The entire process took me six hours just to make a simple amendment to my order.
On top of that, the delivery was delayed by an hour beyond the scheduled time.

Appalling service
Gave this store a one star because I couldn't give it zero stars. Elderly parents bought a Silentnight orthopaedic mattress from this store which has sunk on one side. Called Customer Services and they haven't been helpful at all; they keep insisting on my elderly dad to send photos via email which I have had to help him with and I haven't got time to keep doing it. They've made it really difficult for them to make a complaint about the mattress. Stay away from Bensons for Beds and Silentnight. Should have gone somewhere else. I bought an orthopaedic mattress more than 10 years ago from an unknown store for a fraction of the price that Bensons charged and it's still in excellent condition. Complete waste of our money.
