I needed a new bed because of the pain I was in suffering with acute arthritis in my hips, neck and back. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. Showed me a few options and I decided on the first one. Can actually get a decent sleep now

We purchased a new bed yesterday and the gentleman serving us was extremely helpful, He explained all the different types of beds very thoroughly. I would definitely recommend Benson’s in Macclesfield.

Nothing was too much trouble for the sales person (Darryl) he even went as far as carrying furniture across the showroom as I wanted to see if I could mix and match the furniture I wanted. He took the trouble to look back on our records from buying a bed previously to see the colour we were trying to match to. Made me feel that the customer care didn’t end when you left the shop. Very friendly with a sense of humour.

We found Darryl very friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgable about the type of mattress we were looking for. He was most definitely one of the positive contributing factors towards us purchasing the mattress.

Visited the macc store twice and had great service from Darryl on both occasions. From trying the bed which would help me understand which firmness suited me to trying several beds and discussing options. Service was great.

Good range of British made beds helpful staff, we found the demo bed with the adjustable springs very useful. We came for a single mattress for our daughter which we purchased but we would be back for a double in the future

we have been thinking of buying a better mattress for a while as our current one was giving my wife should ache. As the car was in for a service at a garage on the same retail park, we thought we would just pop in Benson's for a look a new mattress. Darrol aproached us and asked us what we where looking for and showed and explained to us the diffrent options as my wife wanted a medium and me a soft mattress. After trying a few out' we found what were looking for. Darrol really looked after us making sure the mattress would fit up the stairs and so on. Great customer service, and nice not to have over pushy sales staff. would recommend and buy from them again. our last mattress we bought online and it wasn't cheap but as you cannot try them it can be abit of a gamble
