Mattress Exchange
After trying out my new bed and mattress,Slumberland Air 3.0 for a while, I found the mattress was not right for me. I contacted Bensons Lincoln to ask about my right to exchange it and my request was dealt with straight away. Within a few weeks my new mattress arrived and the other taken away on the same day. Great service
The lady in the show room was young but very polite and knowledgeable and showed us a lot of mattresses. We mulled it over and decided to nip next door to another competitor the lady was not as nice and less friendly. So we went back to Bensons (Lincoln) and bought a well made mattress plus 6 memory film pillows, that lady will go far, On delivery the two blokes were polite and friendly and put the shoe socks things on which was nice
