Knowledgeable staff who take the time to find out exactly what you want and need. Sales staff do not pressurise customers. Instead they steer customers across low, middle and high spec beds, leaving them time to explore for themselves. There is no ‘high pressure selling. We looked at the beds over two separate days and chose the one that was right for us.
The bed was delivered on time by two polite professionals, who took the mattress upstairs.

I didn't go intended to buy but because Liv had so much patience to go through a wide range of beds models and mattresses I was able to decide easier than I expected. Very professional!

From the showroom to delivery
From the showroom to delivery, the staff were friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient. No pushy sales, just helpful assistance. I am now enjoying my new medium firm mattress with a 5 year guarantee.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Bensons Bed Shop thanks to Sonya. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided us through the different options without ever being pushy.
Her expertise really stood out—she explained the differences between the mattresses and pillows in a way that made it easy to choose the right bed for our needs. Sonya’s friendly manner and genuine care made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable.

Great Service
Well firstly let me say a BIG thank you to "SOS" aka Sonya, Olivia, & Shannon, I've been wanting a new bed and wardrobe for sometime now & these girls were great and helped me choose, I haven't received my goods yet but i only just placed my order on Friday 25th July, Bed due in 3 weeks & Wardrobe in 10 weeks, So hopefully i will be able to leave a great review when the arrive, and thanx once again girls! :)
