Isobel was very helpful and pointed me to the correct bed frames and mattress…. She was very knowledgeable about the products and it was a pleasure to deal with her.

The mattress came with a bad mark on it. I did get it in the sale but surely a photo of it so I could see the extent would have been good

Helpful friendly member of staff. She even carried my jacket and handbag around the showroom so I could try out the beds. That’s customer service

The young man we dealt with (I don't have his name to hand) was very helpful. He gave us options on delivery dates, which was good as we were needing a speedy delivery. As it was we also had a range of colours to choose from too!

Went in with my mother in law as we thought she had overpaid for a mattress and bed base. The manager was most helpful and he helped us get a better deal for a bed. His service was first class. My mother in law left with £500 back in her pocket plus a bed with headboard and drawers that she initially wanted. He definitely went over and above with his customer service.

Your employee was very attentive, listened to our needs and guided us towards several products that would fit said needs. Then he went it further detail of each product to allow us to make an informed decision. This related to mattresses, pillows and the ongoing maintenance of both. Such input persuaded to purchase another mattress and pillows for our son.
