Great salesman. He gave us good advice on each bed we looked at and we were able to choose a suitable bed best for us. We were treated well and not rushed. Great experience.

Great experience through advise and guidance on the variety of mattresses to ensure our comfort level was met. The Sales Advisor ( named Mel ) answered all of our questions and gave comprehensive instruction on after care.

My experience at Bensons beds, was very good, ordered a electric ottoman bed which is excellent, it was the first electric bed that the installers had put in.
But the next day in my emails, I was told that I could have had 2 new pillows, with my new bed, so I telephoned the Kidderminster store, and was told that they would get back to me the following day, weeks later I am still waiting, very poor customer service. Which is why I could only give it 3 stars.
