There is a chip in the headboard
There is a chip in the headboard. One of the drawer runners was missing but I eventually found it tucked inside the bed between the wooden frame. Another drawer runner was hanging off. I have managed to sort the drawer runners myself but I expect the headboard to be replaced.

Ottoman bed review
Excellent service
Ordered ottoman bed on line. All correspondence from company concerning delivery etc was excellent.
Delivery guys were friendly and considerate when entering property.
Informed by text approx time of delivery. Telephone call 30 minutes before arrival time.

Pays to go back twice and then shop online!
Whilst our experience in the shop wasn't fantastic the first time round as the guy pointed all questions to my husband and didn't speak to me once, our second visit was fantastic with a different guy. Note both visits were on the same day!
we managed to get a great price online in the sale plus using my BlueLight discount. Delivery was fantastic. The two guys were quick, accommodating and very polite.

The matter was resolved satisfactorily
A simple mattress purchase has been anything but. Errors include not registering that payment had been made in full (resulting in a demand for payment) and not taking the old mattress away which had been booked

GREET YOUR CUSTOMERS...
Kettering store and staff are a bunch of lazy people who are more interested in browsing on their phones than they are helping customers
I went out looking for a new TV bed and mattress, went into our local Benson's for beds to check out what was available, the staff in store didn't even bother to acknowledge or even say hello, one member of staff actually decided to hover behind us but still not even a hello or a welcome while the other two staff members stayed sat down on their phones.
We decided to leave the store and go to dreams instead where we were greeted and well looked after and we ordered there instead.
Benson's Kettering store lost out on a £3800 order because of laziness.
It doesn't surprise me that their store was empty where as dreams was full of customers.
