Very efficient service. We got just what we needed.x

Great staff very knowledgeable and took the time to show us all the range of beds in store.

Visited Bensons Beds on Saturday 30th Sept in kendal.
Assistant very Friendly and helpful. Good range of stock - beds & mattresses.

Tina was very helpful and even answered a question we thought of later

Staff listened to what I was looking for and immediately took me to the appropriate mattresses without trying to shift me towards more expensive alternatives. Purchase completed in minutes and great to see good staff continuity at Bensons in Kendal.

We were welcomed in your Kendal store sort of new what we were looking at but was helped by your sales assistant with a print out of your bedroom furniture

The lady in the store was very helpful and I’ve got the right mattress

Excellent customer service from Tina at the Kendal store. Made sure we got the best deal possible.

Very helpful staff - Wide range of products to choose from

Brilliant staff very helpful and always follow up

Very good service and the sofa bed was ideal for us.

The lady who dealt with with us was very friendly and helpful

Not rushed or pressured into buying extras etc.

Recently bought a wonderfully soft yet supportive mattress (eve duo hybrid) from the Kendal store. Superb quality and better value for money than equivalent mattresses from competitors. Outstanding customer service from Sue, who was super-helpful in every way.

I can't fault the service. Fantastic retail experience. From the digital bed to determine what mattress I preferred to the different designs and specifications. All clearly and helpfully explained. The lady then showed me the offers in my price range so I ended up with the right bed for me at a great price.

Excellent service from the moment we walked in the door. The lady explained everything to us in a way that we understood, I cannot praise the lady highly enough.

Tina made us feel relaxed, and provided much laughter during our visit, with her battle with the PDQ machine.
She even managed to charge me twice, but refunded the 2nd one later in the day.
Well Recommended for a laugh.
Looking forward to receiving the bed, it was an experience we shall laugh about for many a day.

Popped into the Kendal store and was greeted by Tina. Smashing lady, really helpful, not overbearing and made us feel under no pressure to make a decision or to purchase there and then. We worked out a good package of products we needed and made a saving in the sale as well. Very happy and would recommend Benson for Beds Kendal branch.
