Thank you for your feedback! We really appreciate the time taken to leave us this lovely review. Thank you, Anthea - Team Bensons
Very disappointed
Like everything, the sales process was great but when it came to delivery the operatives wouldn’t take the mattress up to the bedroom. Very disappointed and this was not discussed with us in the showroom otherwise we wouldn’t have ordered. I have recently had an operation at hospital so couldn’t help and it was left to my wife and a neighbour to manhandle the mattress upstairs. Will not be using it recommending Bensons again.
