Delay in delivery arriving. Lack of communication, promised call back in regards to my order. Had to deal with incompetent staff members. They lack communication amongst their colleagues and orders stay stagnant until you action it yourself. I would not buy from this company again as they hold minimal stock and order directly from French suppliers. Upon receiving I assessed stock codes and with the help of Google, I found the same products bensons sell from their supplier. So I know where I will be going from now on

Bernie, the sales rep, was excellent - found out exactly what we wanted, showed us lots of options, and handled our purchase so well.

Excellent service once again from Bernie this evening when purchasing a small double divan with storage -she helped my teenage son choose the appropriate mattress and even recommended a ‘future proof’ option flip mattress which will support him correctly as he continues to grow. Thanks again ! No doubt we will be back!

The lady assistant was helpful and informative

Ellie (Huddersfield Store) she was very knowledgeable and was great at listening to what we wanted. He took time to explain about all the different mattress’s etc till we found the one we wanted. Great experience right from stepping in store. Would highly recommend.

I bought a mattress from benson for beds, I also bought my mattress cover from them, recently I took off the mattress cover to wash it, I discovered that the mattress was faulty, the mattress has 10years warranty, I called the customer service , sent the picture through and I was told I was the one that poked the mattress with a sharp object, infact the customer service team are so terrible in responding, I will follow through with my complaint, I don’t recommend any body buying anything from Bensonforbeds, the customer is only been nice to when you are paying for an item, I truly regret the purchases I made from them
