we phoned the gloucester branch and spoke to Mat, we needed a king-size bed to be able to collect that same day, I was advised that you did have one in stock so we went to the store and spike to Mat sho showed us what was available, he was lovely and very friendly and helpful, he helped my husband put it in the car, a good bed for a great price. thankyou to Mat for all his help

I was invited to take as much time as I needed and to try the beds for comfort etc

They have been very patient with me as I’ve had to cancel for a few months. They still kept my bed really appreciate that.

Great customer service very helpful, can’t complain at all

Sales experience was great, sold us a dream. However after sales is disgusting service, the guy in the shop input incorrect address details and the bed was delivered to the complete wrong address. Have been offered £65 for an apology refund - joke!! To then be told we have to wait a further 6 days for the bed to redelivered. Through no fault of our own, we even paid extra for the delivery drivers to assemble it and the sales man in Gloucester store said at 1:30 in the afternoon all drivers are finished for the day so would have no chance in redelivery and sooner, shocking service shocking shop and will NEVER be purchasing a bed from here again.

Not enough staff to cover the number of customers. The chap I saw had been dealing with other customers. When he was free he was excellent and very knowledgeable.

We went to store knowing exactly what we wanted after viewing online. Staff quickly confirmed availability and arranged delivery date.

Carried mattress upstairs and fitted

We were shown options and the sale was progressed quickly. The sales person picked up on the fact that we were pressed for time.

The team turned up on time and were very quick with the delivery.

Alan the Salesman was very polite & he was a good sales man. There is only one pitfall having to.pay for delivery. I would Have thought as the bed was over £2000 POUNDS that the delivery would be free.

Gentleman was very clear and knowledgeable answered all my questions

In store (peel centre Gloucester) they were brilliant to be honest with you but over the phone (wherever that may be for customer service) they were about as useful as a concrete parachute. Bought a bed years ago wanted to get this bed covered because it was an expensive bed and bought another for my daughter The woman in the store ( Cheltenham branch)at the time decided to insure the wrong bed because why not. So because the sides have where the slat holders go have dipped down and they’ve been repaired before when I’ve contacted customer support they said it’s wear and tear. How can it be wear and tear if you had to repair it a year or 2 into me having the bed? Would never ever shop there again in any branch.
