Friendly, helpful instore staff without being too “pushy”. Good communication for delivery. Delivery men polite & friendly & respectful of property. No complaints whatsoever. Overall a very good experience.

Very happy with service from start to finish - from going in and meeting Steve who had huge experience for us buying our bed throughout to super friendly and helpful delivery men who were very conscientious and punctual. Very good experience.

Re mattresses
Steve was brilliant at giving my daughter and I the expertise of his knowledge. Both my daughter (disabled) and I were looking to replace our mattresses, and Steve eloquently explained the differences between mattresses before we chose the ones we needed.

Great instore and online experience
Cathy showed us around, was professional and polite and gave us a great idea of what we wanted at the showroom. She was very knowledgeable and we were able to go online and purchase a new bed. Great customer service and an easy online experience also. Thank you
