Exceptional Service and Quality Products
Friendly, approachable staff on arrival.
Allowed my husband and I to browse all products at our leisure. No pressure whatsoever.
The store was well laid out and easy to navigate.
It was beneficial to be able to try out mattresses and the wide range of bed frames.
Once we had decided on our purchases, Neil couldn’t have been more helpful with his knowledge and advice.
He checked that we had chosen the correct mattress and that we were completely happy with the bed frame.
Prompt delivery was arranged at the end of our visit.
No hesitation in highly recommending Bensons for Beds Glasgow Great Western.

From the moment I stepped in the door there was no pressure from the sales team. When I did ask for advice, Amy was amazing, she took me through all my options and was amazing at coming up with exactly what I wanted. Arrangements for delivery where simple, Amy gave clear instructions as to the process and the date I could expect my bed.

We found the assistant, Lesley, to be knowledgeable about the products and interested to hear what we were looking for. She completed a test of our sleeping habits on the specialised bed and helped us to obtain our differing preferences . She allowed us time to try out the two beds we identified as what we wanted and to have privacy to discuss how we would proceed. She processed the order very efficiently.
