Bensons For Beds - Gateshead Recensioni

We have had our new bed for a few days now. Mammoth mattress and Divan. We have had the best nights sleep for months. From walking into the show room to accepting delivery, every part of our purchase has been perfection. Would not buy a bed from anyone else but Bensons. Thank you for everything.

Very professional service from start to finish.

We received excellent service from Martin

Paul was absolutely lovely, so knowledgeable and helpful.

Easy process with knowledgeable staff

Excellent advice at Bensons Metro Centre retail park and then purchased a bed at Team Valley Retail World.
All staff were extremely helpful in getting us our correct choice and ensuring delivery to another property in West Sussex

Andrew made our purchase of a new bed a very pleasant experience. He is very knowledgeable and has the ability to suss out his customers and their needs. Being in retail ourselves it is a quality we value.

Andrew was very knowledgeable and informative. He was very generous with his time as we have only just started looking for a mattress so needed the whole testing experience in addition to information about the various mattresses available. An important detail he pointed out to us was the measurement of our stairs in relation to the size of mattress we need.

From start to finish the service was great the staff were polite and took time to explain everything the guys delivering and building the bed were great very respectful of me property and were very tidy and
Left the place as r they found it
So I highly recommend bensons beds

Helpful. Patient staff.

No issues all went very well from start to finish

Both delivery drivers were excellent vet efficient.

Excellent. Staff very helpful. Not pushy. Answered our questions.

We had Andrew to support us at the Team Valley site. He was absolutely fantastic. He placed us on a posh machine that helped us understand our preference for beds, explained the additional options that Bensons offer without being pushy. Overall it was a fab experience and I highly reccomend them.

I hope the delivery team live up to the rest of the business.

Here’s to a good nights sleep!

Bensons for beds are excellent to deal with from showroom staff to delivery men . Everything went seamlessly and will buy from them again in the future

Purchased my items at bensons gateshead, everyone was so helpful there, would highly reccomend, and the 2 Andys that ldelivered them were so helpful and polite, we are so happy with our new bed and mattress and are having many nights of wonderful sleep, thank you so much.

From the sales team to the delivery team the communication was excellent throughout. I visited a store so I could look at the items I wanted to buy. The salesperson, Louise was really helpful and patient. She talked me through the options and gave me all the relevant pricing information. She was never pushy and that gave me the impression that they wanted me to get what was right for me.

I was kept informed of the delivery timelines and was given a time slot for the date of delivery 3 days beforehand and there was an option to select a different delivery from the date agreed in store.

On the day of the delivery I was called by the delivery team around 45 minutes beforehand to say when they would arrive.

The delivery team( Lee and Jamie) were so helpful and professional, they set up the bed and head board with no fuss and cleared up afterwards.

I would definitely recommend Bensons, great service and range of products and the items are good quality at a fair price. There was also an eight year warranty with my items and the staff are wonderful.

Thank you for all your help from start to finish, it really was appreciated and a pleasure to use your company.

Friendly, professional staff during both the sale and delivery.
