Bensons For Beds - Gateshead150 Recensioni

Didn’t feel pressure just helpful advice given time to consider very polite and cheerful

Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful without being pushy sales staff which is a skill you don’t see often

Order the right bed delivered to address on the day we agreed

Went in seen a bed we liked but didn’t like the price, came back an hour later, got a £100 off happy days

Staff were attentive but not pushy and provided excellent customer service. Ordering was straightforward and hassle free. Great range of mattresses to choose from. An overall enjoyable experience!

The gentleman that showed me round the the different beds was great and very knowledgeable.

Andrew was a top bloke, really helpful and knowledgeable.

We had a welcoming and friendly salesman who made us feel at ease without any sales pressure. When we did ask for his help he was knowledgeable and guided us to getting the correct product.

Andrew was so professional as well as friendly. He explained everything and was very knowledgeable.
We were never made to feel rushed or under any pressure.
I would recommend Bensons to anyone .
Brilliant service

I can not praise Andrew in the Team Valley branch highly enough, he listened to all my needs and concerns and explained all the pros and cons of the mattresses, this helped me choose (eventually) the mattress which suited me.
Excellent customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Very good service throughout.

Rather limited range of beds in the Blyth store so was advised to go to the Gateshead store which was much better and had wider selection. Staff at both stores were friendly and helpful

We were treated with great respect from the moment we entered the store and the lady we spoke to talked us through all aspects of our purchase. Her advice was excellent and we look forward to receiving our new bed.

Very helpful knowledgeable salesperson

Very helpful sales assistant. Good choice. Excellent delivery service (and very nice delivery men)

Very helpful knew what I needed no pressure to buy very explanatory pretty satisfied

Once we decided which mattress we liked the salesman was very good explaining all about the mattress, details that we needed to know with regards to what mattress was made of, delivery etc.
Overall very helpful.

We received an exceptional service from Karen in your Team Valley branch, nothing was too much trouble and the number of times we changed our minds made no difference to the service we received. I would like to say that Karen deserves recognition as if we received bad service we would complain so it needs to be highlighted when someone goes above and beyond
Thank you Karen

Absolutely fantastic service. Friendly, efficient service. Very Helpful and informative. I would recommend to anyone. 5*
