Jamie, the salesman, was absolutely excellent. He took all the time I needed, and even managed to deal quickly with another customer's issue which meant that customer had an immediate action to complete, thus avoiding a long wait.

A well made bed and comfortable mattress.
Very happy with the bed, and the delivery/installation. The bed is very well constructed and the mattress is firm and well sprung. Very comfortable. Also very pleased with the service from staff at the store and the installers.

Amazing service
Me and my partner came into the Falkirk showroom on Sunday with the intention of just looking at new beds. Steven approached us and asked what we were looking for and after explaining everything he helped us find the perfect bedframe for us. After that we were shown mattresses that were on sale and ended up finding one that was perfect for us. New bed and mattress for our new flat. Steven was absolutely wonderful and I couldn't be happier with the service we got.
