Then came Bob who gave me his knowledge and pointed me on the right direction and ultimately helped me made the right choice. What's also so good , Benson has a 40 Nights Comforts Guarantee to make sure I have the mattress that I will be happy with.
Thank you for all your help Bob .

Very helpful and pleasant staff.
There was plenty of choice in the shop too.

When I arrived at the store a member of staff came over to welcome me and asked how he could help, he was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Excellent advice. Very helpful salesman (Shaun) who clearly knew the products and was able to provide excellent advice.

Your salesperson went out of his way to ensure that what we were looking for you had in store.

The salesman in store was very helpful in pointing out mattresses that would suit our needs

Very helpful and willing to guide us to the area that most suited our needs . Would be happy to return to the shop for further purchases.

A brilliant experience. My husband I went to the store to purchase a king sized mattress. There were lots of options at good prices. At first we were nervous that we would be hounded by salesmen, but this was not the case. Shaun left us to browse, and when we were ready to purchase, he went through with the sale very smoothly and efficiently.

Salespeople had good knowledge of products. Didn't oversell - suggested base and mattress to suit my budget. My Salesperson, Peter, arranged to price match with his manager when I provided proof of online discount

Able to sample the mattresses on the beds was good. So much to chose from. Nearly every kind of bed was there to try. The salesman was very helpful but not pushy. Reduced display models if your budget was tight was good too.

Peter provided a great service for us.

Peter was very knowledgeable and helped me to make the right choices for me within my budget.
