Everyone was very helpful. The delivery was a bit early because as we're older we had to have friends here by 7am, to help us move our old bed.

This is the first time we have bought a Benson bed. We were impressed with the communication between them and us. We knew the day and time of delivery. The workers were polite and considerate and turned up on time .

The salesperson at Benson for Beds was very professional. He was welcoming and very helpful. He asked me what I was looking for and my mattress preferences and showed me several different options. He patiently waited while I tried them out.

We went into Eastbourne store to look…
We went into Eastbourne store to look at mattresses, we were greeted by Liam who was fantastic, we tried out the new ‘mattress machine’ which recommended some mattresses for us. Liam then patiently guided us around the store to try out mattresses asking lots of questions to help us decide on the perfect mattress. Liam, was professional, patient, funny and very helpful. If I’m honest I was dreading going in thinking we were going to be ‘sold’ to, but it was a great experience. We’re excited to take delivery of our lovely new mattress.
