Benson's for beds was a very pleasant experience. Darren was so knowledgeable, polite and professional. He covered absolutely everything we needed to know and explained everything clearly. He was patient and took all our needs into account. Very satisfied with our visit and can't wait till our new mattresses are delivered.

Purchased a new tempur mattress & pillows & everything was very smooth, from buying in store to delivery. Kept well informed & delivery was exactly as advised. A rare find these days.✅

The staff in store was very helpful, explained the difference between the frames available and checked delivery times, ordering our product was easy and the up to date delivery messages are very helpful including the 2 hour slot (other companies can give just a whole day)

James was an amazing salesman that help us understand our requirements and not once tried to “pressure” us in taking a specific brand or making us believe this is what we needed. he provided us with insight and specific benefits of each mattress to make it easy for us to make our decision.

There was an error made in our delivery, however the customer service given to rectify the mistake was first class. In any company things can sometimes go wrong, the measure of a business is in how well they respond and Bensons were excellent.

All round a great experience helpful and informative staff. Would highly recommend

I asked for a mattress protector that would prevent heat buildup on a memory foam mattress and was recommended the iGel Advance Perfect Partner Mattress Protector (Not too hot, not too cold, just right). I purchased the King Size version of this Perfect Partner Mattress Protecto and after one night I can assure you it DOES NOT WORK. I woke up this morning too hot!!
I feel like I have wasted £70 on a product that is not fit for the purpose I needed and asked for.

James our salesman was very knowledgeable & a great help in choosing a new mattress. He explained in detail whatthe differences were between certain mattresses & the reasons for the price difference & what were the best mattresses depending on your sleeping position

The customer service from James was great. Good customer service is a rare thing these days. James informed me of all the details in a pleasant and helpful manner, there were no preassure sales and I was made to feel like a valued customer.

The sales man was very good and friendly, but not pushy. He was knowledgeable about the beds and discussed our needs. Admin dealt quickly with invoice and booking and keeping us updated. The delivery team were brilliant, very cheery and helpful. I would definitely recommend bensons to anyone looking for a new bed.

Excellent service from purchasing the bed to delivery and build of the bed . The salesman gave us just the right amount of information when we went into the shop without overwhelming us and left us to look around without any pressure . We decided on the mattress after his recommendation as we have a spiral staircase which is quite tight . This solved any problems we would have encountered with a normal mattress. He was very knowledgeable and likeable . We were equally impressed with the delivery men who were very friendly and efficient and removed all the rubbish as best they could . Would highly recommend Bensons .
