Bensons For Beds - Doncaster706 Recensioni

The lads that work in the shop were so helpful and very patient 😀
I was also glad they left us to browse but were happy to help if and when we needed it
Great prices too

Great friendly staff, we had to change our order as we realised we had ordered different size mattress and bed but it was no trouble at all.

Staff knowledgeable and helpful both instore and delivery

Staff were very helpful in giving advice on options of mattresses available.

The gentleman who took my order, was very informative, and helpful, without being "pushy" and helped me make the right choice of furniture and bed, using the machine to help choose the right mattress for me, I was very happy with my shopping experience in store

We went in just to look and the staff were amazing not pushy at all, when we decided to buy the staff were amazing and very helpful

The guy Rob was bery helpful and knew alot about the beds.

Excellent and knowledgeable service from Rob.

Very professional and informative.
Sales advisor was not pushy.
Left to browse at our leisure in the knowledge the sales advisor was there when needed.
Was very detailed and knowledgeable about all the products.
Would highly recommend.

Great experience at Bensons For Beds Doncaster store. We came on 1st March 2024 and purchased 2 beds and 2 mattresses. No pressure sales, very helpful lady (and gent who was there when we arrived, but had to leave to collect his grandchild). We purchased exactly what we wanted with very useful advice from staff. Brilliant discounts too. Would highly recommend and thank you!

Very friendly and helpful staff they not only answered our endless questions but put forward ideas we had not thought about .
The showroom was well fitted with plenty of examples for us to try out before making our decision

The assistant that served us was very helpful. She was very friendly professional and made our experience stressful and smooth.

I am Peter’s Son in Law and I am doing this review on behalf of him because he is of quite senior years and has no internet. We took him to Bensons and experienced first hand the excellent, helpful and personal assistance that Peter received.

Thank you so much
