I visited BENSON's show room in Derry and Robert gave me an excellent customer service experience. His patience experience and professionalism is top notch. I took the decision to proceed with the transaction because he was very kind. Happy days to the team.

I was greeted by Robert when entering the store and he was available to help and very knowledgeable about the products, and what would be best for my 2 kids. He has a good way about him, knows his stuff and isn't pushy - something others places are. Got me sorted, advised on all the products and additional items needed and left me happy with my purchase

We had visited a number of other bed companies and had variable experiences, so our expectations for Benson's were not that high. However, we were pleasantly surprised and received excellent, informed advice and all our questions were answered by really well by trained, friendly staff who knew their products. Particularly around questions regarding recycling an older mattress and the environmentally conscious manufacturing process of a new bed, we were really impressed and this was one of the factors in our decision to buy a bed from Benson's. A shout out to Niall in particular, who took the time to check and feedback to us directly on the company's reuse policy. Together with Sharon, it was a pleasure to deal with such a professional and approachable small team. We are looking forward to receiving our brand new bed!!

We recently had to arrange a loan mattress due to a change in our original delivery date, and I wanted to share how positive the experience turned out to be.

At a local level, the customer service and communication truly cannot be faulted. The team (Robert & Sharon) at the Crescent Link branch were excellent-friendly, professional, and very understanding of my frustration around the delay.

In-store staff went out of their way to help and made the whole situation much easier to deal with.
The replacement mattress was delivered quickly, and the delivery process was smooth and efficient. The delivery driver was particularly pleasant and helpful, which made a great impression.

Overall, despite the initial inconvenience, the level of service we received from the local branch turned this into a very positive experience.

Was served by Niall, excellent service with a no nonsense approach, no horrid upselling technique applied, told him my needs and budget and he stuck to it. Very friendly and confident so i bought the bed there and then without shopping around.

Delivery was right on time and they kept me updated on the schedule. Really delighted with my purchases of mattress and bed.

Gemma was very attentive from the moment we first walked into the Derry store, asking us lots of questions about what we are looking for and what we don't like about our current mattress and showed us multiple different mattresses until we eventually found one we liked.
She gave us multiple options for finance and was very knowledgeable about the whole process from start to finish.
Really looking forward to our new mattress and would definitely recommend the store to anyone who is looking for a new mattress or bed

From start to finish everything was great. The staff in shop were polite and friendly and knowledgeable.i was taken through the Ordering process by the staff Robert, everything was explained and covered. I purchased two beds and mattresses. I was kept updated on the whole process via email. Beds were delivered as advised and they were put up by the delivery guys, Who again were polite and friendly. I would strongly recommend to pay for the build process as these beds came flat pack. The mattresses were good quality. The beds and mattresses are comfy and cosy!
