Bensons For Beds - Derby Meteor332 Recensioni

The service in store was excellent very knowledgeable, polite, and patient

Lady at the store was very friendly and helpful with advising us on the best type of mattress

The assistant in store (Duruv) was very knowledgeable and helpful. Showed me the best beds for my hips and allowed me to take my time testing them.
When the mattress was delivered, they were efficient and careful.

Good experience buying delivered on time put in room of choice but wished we had had the building help the drawers and bedside tables were fine but the wardrobe was a nightmare to build

The staff in the shop were very friendly and explained the differences in the mattress options. The discount post the Christmas period was also welcome

Very helpful and honest staff . No pushy sales speel . Took the time to listen and very informative about their products.

Great experience from start to end. I know what I wanted to purchase and with the current offers, Aman made this easy with her knowledge and experience. Definitely recommended, better shopping experience from a competitor in the same complex!

Excellent customer service from Amanpreet at your derby meteor store, no pressure sales, very knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble, explained everything in detail, great selection, very impressed, definitely recommend, just waiting for my new bed to arrive 😀

The staff was so helpful, providing me with the nessessary information in order for me to make the right decision of the items I was purchasing.

Approached with a huge welcome and a massive smile it would have been difficult not to have gotten on with the salesman, very knowledgeable and totally open and honest he helped me make my decision super easy. Everything was chosen and ordered very quick and efficiently and I was informed of every step of how and when things happen from here on.
I would highly recommend Bensons to anybody looking to purchase a new bed or mattress, superb service thanks guys 👍

From when we walked in and until we left we were treated brilliant. Shown plenty of beds and encouraged to try them which for me was again brilliant.

Friendly and helpful salesman, no pressure to buy and this made it a good experience in making our decision on which mattress to buy.

Absolutely disgusting service
Charged me £700
Damaged my staircase
Avoid at all costs
Manager of the store very good
Head office had no empathy

I liked the medium firm feel of this mattress I had first tested a number of different mattresses in store so I knew exactly what I wanted. I was happy to get home and make the purchase.

Polite, very knowledgable , no pressure , listened to questions , very supportive in our delivery issues
Ave and Jay were very helpful sorting out our specific delivery needs pulled out all the stops kept us informed of the proposed plan. can’t have asked more from the 2 guys Thankyou it very much appreciated

Five stars for the staff & service provided:-
As a returning customer we knew what were we’re looking for & explained to the staff what we wanted. We were immediately shown the beds that related to our requirements & the optional choices explained - number & colour of divan & draws.
After choosing the bed purchasing was easy & delivery was arranged pre Christmas with a date to suit us including removal of our old bed.
Great service & friendly staff. We have always returned to this store for our own bed purchases & when assisting elderly relatives due to the friendliness of staff, their expertise & competitive pricing.
Not so many stars for Bensons & the staffs working conditions:-
The only thing I can say which may put some customers off is that the store heating was & has been broken for sometime & as the weather is now getting colder the store is extremely cold as they only have heaters near the staffs payment desk - such a shame that staff have to work in such poor conditions. Bensons please think about your staffs working conditions, they are battling through but should not have to put up with such poor working conditions.

Great Asstant Manager who offered all the options listened to what i wanted and helped to make the decsion that suited me.

staff excellent very knowledgeable and helpful. dave was great

I went into a Derby brunch of Benson‘s for beds and I was incredibly happy with the cleanliness of the store the layout of the store and also I didn’t get a jumped on by a sales rep like other competitors stores

No hassle, left to try out all beds till we found one that suited us perfectly, great level of information provided and quick simple purchase. Delivery sorted, delivery drivers were fabulous and did an amazing job getting the mattress up our very tight stairs
