The salesman explained the different configurations of drawers available in the base of the bed with the advantages and disadvantages. Helpful staff
The shop manager Mo at Colindale was extremely helpful, explaining patiently the different bedframe and mattress, even when it's slightly beyond the shop closing time. Another staff. Upon a telephone enquiry, helped me to do an experiment of lifting up an Ottoman bed with only 30cm from the wall.
