Great service from the moment we walked in to the Chester store especially Dave the manager . Completely kept in the loop regarding how the order was progressing. Delivery was also excellent with the driver ring me a few days in advance to give me my time slot , then again on the day of delivery.whch was delivered bang on tine . Great company .

This is an accurate account of my experience.
I have given 5 stars in this review, which is rare for me, because I am delighted in every way.
Delivery was excellent and re-cycling was excellent.
I had decided to 'set up' the bed myself which was no problem at all.
Most of all I am delighted with the product, it's so comfortable and supportive. Even after only 3 nights I ache less 😁 and I am sleeping sounder.
This is my true account and would definitely recommend this item.

The whole experience
The whole experience, from start to finish has been fantastic. The sales guy was great and not pushy at all. Everything I was told in store has been carried out to the letter. And the communication is like nothing I have experienced before, texts, emails and then phone calls from the delivery team really made me feel relaxed and happy. I really hope other companies follow your example. Thank you :)

Matresses are great. However, the bedframe are not so great. I specially asked if the bed frame smelly, shop helper said no. When I got them, it is not just smelly, but very bad smells.
