Confidence in want you choose
When we first arrived we weee given space to look around at our leisure. Once we had a few options David was very helpful and understanding of our needs and when we returned to place the order Steve checked every detail and made sure we were happy with our choice.

Unbelievably poor service
Unbelievably poor customer service. Automated email to say bed frame delayed by 18 days- not even a call from the store. Elderly guest coming to stay and nothing to sleep on. Bensons then cancelled the mattress delivery without even asking me. Had to contact the store 3 times to get a response. They promised to call back but didn’t. Customer services offered nothing, not even a reduced price as a goodwill gesture. Only able to offer a blow up mattress (!) if the order is cancelled the day before promised delivery date. Waste of time calling them. Appalling. The sales team is super friendly when it’s time to buy and get your money off you but useless if there is a problem. Communication about the rescheduled delivery also poor. First and last time I use Bensons.

Barry was the sales assistant working when we placed our order.
He was helpful, informative and non pushy.
Made the whole process swift and painless without giving the pushy salesman edge that other competitors have tried.
We came in looking for a mattress. Left with a new bed frame as well.

Choosing a new mattress. We were looked after by Christine who…
We were looked after by Christine who showed us a number of different options based on our requirements. We were able to try out the different mattresses with a pillow as many times as we wanted. We then looked elsewhere and returned two days later to make a final decision. We were able to take our time, without being pressured, again being looked after by Christine, which saved us from repeating ourselves.
