Mattress shopping made easy
We entered the shop and were soon in conversation with the salesman. We explained what we were looking for (a mattress) and he was friendly and informative. We lay on the bed which helpfully measures the best type for optimum posture and were guided to a choice of several within our price range and were left to try them out freely and without any intrusive pushy salesmanship until we made our choice. We were given a choice of ways to pay and the delivery process was fully explained. A comfortable and easy shopping experience all round.

Tried out the mattress in Chelmsford branch and waited for the sale… ordered on a Sunday evening saving an extra 10% on an already discounted mattress delivery was Friday morning by Mark and Alan. Excellent communication and delivery. I had the best sleep last night….

The salesman was polite and helpful and the product appears to be good enough, but time will tell.
I was disappointed because there is a charge for delivery and no option is given to the customer to pick up from the store, considering that I spent about £700.

Don’t go anywhere else ….
Hugely impressed by Demi at the Chelmsford branch who was very knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. She guided us through the various options available and then left us to make up our minds; popping back from time to time to see how we were doing. There was no pressure, just friendly assistance to ensure we bought the mattress that was right for us. She made buying a mattress a pleasant experience.
Delivery was arranged and everything went smoothly and efficiently on the day, with a two hour window and a phone call 30 mins before they were due.

We bought a bed, a mattress and two bedside cabinets at the Chelmsford branch at the Riverside retail park. The lady who served us could not have been more helpful. She explained all about the iGel mattress and talked us through the various firmnesses until we found one that was just right...

We used the sleep analysis bed that shows the right mattress through the pressure points.
Tracy was knowledgeable and very helpful.

The assistant in the shop was very friendly but was not pushy. She gave us all the information when we needed it and was clear about prices and comparisons within the shop

Avoid at all costs
Avoid . Go elsewhere . We went to the chelmsford branch . They talked hubby into a split headboard ( more money) we have had 3 SKS headboards delivered never needed a split in the past !!
Delivery set for 21st July. So take a day off to accommodate delivery .only bed arrived .. another day off booked for 8th august for headboard . Phone call to say oh its in stock .we can deliver on 31st July.. day off booked .. now another message saying no its not in stock ..its coming on 20th August a whole month after the bed itself arrived
This isn't good enough .I dont need to be taling 4 days off work in the summer and struggle to take the time . .I dont reccomend this company . The hand dont know what the elbow is doing and all they are interested in is upsell. £50 extra for this . £50 extra for that .its a joke
