Bensons For Beds - Carlisle Recensioni

Ryan was extremely helpful and even stayed beyond closing time to assist us in finding the right bed base and headboard which we needed to source quickly. Thank you so much.

Good friendly felt unpressurised ,Karl knew stuff , able to test beds & happy with our choice of bed .

Excellent. Very easy to deal with, will use again.

Staff member, Lisa , who we dealt with in Carlisle B4B was so lovely and nothing was a problem. Chose our bed and mattress, the guys came to deliver it and put it in my bedroom, they were very friendly and professional, the bed base is lovely, we got an ottoman bed and fortunately for me it wasn't my partners 1st rodeo as we have had 2 others before this one so putting it up wasn't bad at all, BUT if I could give some constructive criticism it would be to have the option of a QR code that takes you to a video how to put the bed up , that would be so much better as the instructions can be a little hard to follow, the mattress is divine so comfy , i would highly recommend B4B

Great service and such pleasant people in the shop and on the delivery. All transported safely and placed in the bedroom. No negatives all great! Thanks 👍

Excellent staff who knew what they were talking about ,time to look around store with out being hassled for a sale

Excellent, from the staff in Carlisle friendly and well informed, to the update information given regarding the bed getting made, to the delivery and the delivery drivers who were on time courteous and friendly and delivered the bed in an excellent condition would recommend to family and friends 😊

From ordering to delivery everything was fantastic 100 % 5*, thank you.

Excellent service both in the store and by the delivery men. Very happy with my sofa beds.

Really helpful staff and lots of options given in Carlisle branch

Fantastic service both in shop and delivery.

Excellent service from stepping into the shop, right through to information during the waiting period right up to delivery updates and then the delivery and installation everyone was so helpful and polite. The delivery staff were exceptionally careful to avoid any damage when carrying upstairs.

From the outset the service ,expert advice, and friendliness has been outstanding.
Delivery and set up were on time efficient and very accommodating.
Great team

A fabulous experience from setting foot in the store to delivery. Great knowledge and customer service from all the team.

Staff were very knowledgeable about their beds which was helpful. Once mattress was chosen was advised of different payment methods.
Delivery was to a time slot and was reminded by text of date & time slot & then called 30 mins before delivery to advise on their way. The delivery was done with care for my property. Would recommend this company.

Staff were knowledgeable, accommodating and not pushy

Good knowledge in store, Carlisle shop is good to go to if you need advice. Website was nice and easy to use, only negative is the finance for it doesn't allow you to leave a deposit online which was rather annoying. Wanted to put a good chunk down on a deposit so we'd be paying over less time.

From the moment we walked into the store, Ryan made us feel welcome without being overbearing. He greeted us politely, explained that he’d let us have a look around first, and said he’d check back with us shortly. It was such a refreshing approach as we never felt pressured or like we were being followed around the store.

When he did come over, his knowledge of the different bed frames and mattresses was exceptional. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and worked hard to find options within our budget. I really appreciated how honest he was - he even ruled out certain products himself because they would take us too far over budget, rather than trying to upsell us. He also gave genuine advice on the different styles of beds based on what we actually needed, which made the whole experience feel trustworthy.

Ryan couldn’t have been friendlier, and the whole team in the store were fantastic. They were brilliant with our children and genuinely couldn’t have been more accommodating, making the whole visit relaxed and enjoyable.

The process of buying our bed was seamless from start to finish. Ryan explained everything thoroughly, made sure I understood everything I was signing, and answered all of our questions with patience and professionalism.

Overall, it was an excellent experience, and Ryan is a real credit to Benson for Beds. We’d happily recommend both him and the store to anyone looking for a new bed.
