We visited the Bensons for Beds store in Canterbury on Tuesday, and we had an excellent experience, especially thanks to Andrew.

Andrew provided outstanding customer service. He was extremely patient and took the time to properly listen to all of our needs and requirements. He then showed us a good selection of suitable options — enough for us to make an informed decision, without overwhelming us with too many choices.

He was very helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely focused on finding the right option for us rather than simply making a sale.

The whole process, including payment and placing the order, was also quick, straightforward and hassle-free.

From showroom to delivery,everyone was excellent. I can not fault them at all. The lady in the Canterbury branch made us feel like royalty. She even gave us cold bottled water because it was a very hot day. She was knowledgeable and professional, showed us all the options that matched our needs. We spent £5k on our new bed but it's been worth it. The delivery guys, Lee and his mate, were fantastic. They took away our old monstrosity of a heavy bed, brought in our new heavy bed and mattress, with alot of huffing and puffing and even stopped to pet my old beautiful husky. They assembled and wired up the new one, demonstrated it, removed all rubbish and made sure we were OK with everything before they left.they were happy and very polite, efficient and informative and respectful. I can't fault our experience with Bensons from start to finish. The bed, headboard, mattress and pillows are of the highest quality. We haven't slept so well in decades. We're so happy with the bed and the service we received. Utterly flawless customer service. Thank you!!

My experience with Ben at Benson was very good he allowed me plenty of time when choosing the bed and mattress. Ben was polite and patient and knowledgeable regarding the stock... I didn't score the highest number as I have a 12 to 14 week wait for my bed to be delivered.

Andrew, our customer assistant at the Canterbury branch, was impeccable and made the whole experience so easy for us. Andrew definitely knew what he was talking about and assisted with our decision making throughout. He was professional with a lovely sense of humour and I would highly recommend.

The staff at Canterbury were helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy I was kept in the loop throughout by head office and so far so good the mattress is meeting my expectations come back in five years for an update

This would be a five star review for the service and product selection. However, the finance service by "V12" is lacking. We were set up by Bensons to do the finance application which resulted is us being sent an email invitation to V12's application form. This email sent us to the front page that does not do anything but loop on the 'continue' button. So I have got to now talk to them to get that sorted......aaagh.

The help given in the Canterbury shop was excellent with clear information. The process of payment and explanations about delivery were very good.
We were kept well infirmed about the progress of the order and the times of delivery.
The delivery was within the ecoected time slot and the crew were most polite and efficient. An excellent experience all round.

Jo had extensive knowledge about the products and covered everything we needed to know about each of the mattresses we were trying. Her approach was gentle, not pushy, allowing us the space to discuss each mattresses we tried. We did decide on a mattress, and she talked us through the whole process of making a deposit then applying for the credit options. Overall she was very helpful, offered us a drink of cold water as it was a very hot day in the store, and made sure our needs, and my extra needs with having a disability, were met.

Great service at the store and listened to our wants. Delivery was seamless with clear communication.
