We were warmly welcomed and given careful, unhurried advice.
No sales pressure at all.
Before arrival, we were undecided whether to go for a John Lewis Ottoman or a Benson's one.

Ali was friendly and welcoming. She was very informative and we felt we were given impartial advice regarding all the beds.
We were not rushed into making a decision, in fact, we visited 3 times before making a purchase.

The delivery drivers on the day the bed arrived, were great at communicating on the day when we could expect our delivery, they were polite and professional with a smile.

Good service from Bensons
Glen and Paul were very courteous and respectful of our property. We were given a call first thing confirming approximate delivery time and then a call 10 minutes prior to delivery. This is the second time I have used Bensons for Beds and would definitely recommend them

Pillows
We bought 2 pillows at £75 each , unfortunately one was a back sleeper and we wanted a side sleeper. Went to return it today and it was refused stating due to hygiene purposes. Very annoyed at loosing £75 ! It had been tested in store but was given the wrong one .

While our pillow returns policy is in place for hygiene reasons, we will feed this back internally to see what we can do to change this.
