The staff were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for them

The service we received was fantastic. Subash was really helpful and explained in detail every question I had. He was really understanding and treated me with kindness. He clarified that the bed would be assembled, as I’m disabled. Although it doesn’t say this on my paperwork. I’d be really grateful if somebody could check this for me, please.

Mostly a great experience from visiting the showroom to delivery, the only issue I have that the mattress that was advised by the lady in the showroom does not look great on the divan bed, the depth is not right and you can see the wooden slats of the headboard.

I cant remember the name of the man who helped me but he was very knowedgeble on the types of beds and he helped find the perfect mattress and bed frame. I payed for assembly and recycling and this was done to a high and professional standered by Howard and Nick.

Sales assistant helpful. Collection had to be organised by us as bought the bed from stock. They didn’t even move it near to door when we went to collect. Had to carry through the store. It was a heavy bed.

We went in randomly just to have a first idea for beds after moving into our first house. However the quality of the beds and outstanding customer support by Dagmara made us stay longer until we confidently bought our bed and mattress.
