I was verbally missold the 40 day…
I was verbally missold the 40 day experience with a new mattress from the store manager. I can only understand this was a selling tactic to omit the downsides of swapping mattress if you aren’t happy with the comfort for any reason. He told me that I could change up to two times, didn’t say that I wouldn’t get the 25 percent off a different one if I exchanged, then I would also have to pay 10% of the cost of the mattress plus delivery fees. When visiting the store again to let them know I wanted to swap, the tone was very different! I felt like a pest and then heard all these terms and conditions that are so outrageous if he had told me when he was trying to make the sale I would never have purchased!
Really upset after spending 2445.00!
Bensons for beds have since got back to me and have been good sorting out a different mattress with no extra charges.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are very sorry to hear that you feel the 40 Night Comfort Guarantee was not explained clearly at the point of sale and that this has left you feeling misled and disappointed with your purchase experience. We will feed this back.

Flawless
Our experience was flawless. The manager led myself and a family friend through a joint sale (not planned having bumped into each other in store). Explained everything we needed to know, and priced everything up perfectly.
Cannot praise him more for making the experience so smooth!
