Bensons For Beds - Brislington Recensioni

Service in store was very excellent and great advice. Overall amazing.

I bought a bed and mattress on discount price. While in the shop, there was a pillow and bed head screws included. When I got home I couldn't find them anymore. Called the shop to enquire and was told pillow was not included and they did not find the screws. It's a shame because I clearly saw them with my purchase in the shop.

Very helpful and knowledgeable

Good knowledge of products in stock to sell. Making the decision easier:

Spencer at Brislington is brilliant 🤩

Found a quality frame and mattress at a reasonable price for when grandchildren visit. Helpful friendly salesman. Haven’t had delivery yet so can’t comment on that but it was only 2 weeks from purchase to delivery.

Experienced advisor who was able to offer pros and cons on the different mattress types. Made making a decision easy

Great Customer Service from Spencer. He was very knowledgeable and advised us on the right mattress for the bed we were buying. He was very quick and efficient with the paperwork and explained everything thoroughly before we paid. Would definitely recommend this store for buying a bed. Thanks Spencer

such an easy experience. We were served by Marcus and he never pressured us in anyway and was really helpful.
Have to admit we nearly walked straight out as we were looking gfor wardrobes but we thought they only had beds as it isn't advertised or shown very well. Wardrobes were amazing. We have been looking for ages and found exactly what we wanted thanks to Marcus.

Very help full , no pressure applied

Really good experience from the time I walked into the store to the delivery of my new bed frame. Spencer was really friendly and helpful and talked me through the process.

very friendly staff and very helpful in choosing your bed and mattress.

5 star service from Spencer, We visited Brislington, Bristol Branch late on a Monday evening, meaning being there past closure. This was no issue for Spencer he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and listened to what we wanted/needed and helped us to choose the right mattress. Reasonable delivery times and prices. Highly recommended

The salesman was very friendly & knowledgeable

A very friendly and knowledgeable salesperson helped me through the process with ease. Would recommend to others.

We were given the space needed to browse but advise was given when wanted. Big thank you to Spencer in Brislington store who was very helpful in helping my elderly mother choose a matress, she had already tried another shop and left because she felt pressured but Spencer gave just the right amount of help. Also a big thank you for his persistence when the computer system wouldn't work. Bed arrived when expected and the delivery team were very polite and helpful. Good experience from start to finish.

Excellent Choices and Great Price's and availability in the Clearance Items.

The Customer service agents (assistant and manager) both gave good service, showed patience and were able to show a range of products for choice.

Highly Professional team.....I recommend a visit.
