In store we had a brilliant service
In store we had a brilliant service, the lady knew her mattresses and helped us make sure we got what we were after. Delivery was great and lots of communication. Just disappointed in the delay of the delivery where we were told it would arrive it was delayed by another 10 days.

Everything went really well from first visit to store and delivery of mattress. I had to change first mattress as too firm but it was changed for a medium instead. There were no problems at all and every one of the staff and delivery drivers were polite, helpful and there was no fuss or bother. Brilliant. So pleased I went to Bensons.

New Bed for Christmas
From start to finish i was made very welcome by Tim ( Braintree store ) i was shown beds within my budget and explained what the difference was on the beds above my budget !
As you can imagine i went above my budget but for good reason i am now awaiting delivery can’t wait.

The delivery men were amazing
The delivery men were amazing, polite, happy and funny. I felt comfortable having them in my home, in past experiences with other companies, this hasn't been the case. They were clean and tidy and very respectful. My experience in the shop was excellent the lady who helped me even went to the trouble of helpong me find the colour of my walls to find the right shade of material for the headboard to go with the room.

Ordered my bed and bedside tables from Manager Tim at the Braintree branch of Bensons For Beds. He was very helpful, and explained everything. I was very impressed with his Customer Service skills, a lovely chap. The items were ordered, and a delivery slot was given. They arrived well within the delivery slot, by two very nice guys who were very helpful. I have purchased from Bensons For Beds, many years ago and was impressed then, and they still had my details on computer. Amazing...Cannot fault the company. 5* from me.

We had a really great experience at Bensons for Beds in Braintree while looking for our perfect mattress and bed.
We were greeted by Laura, who was so helpful. She recommended we try the SleepPRO system to help find the right mattress for us. With so many different options, it was quite overwhelming at first, but Laura was really patient and took the time to help us try different mattresses and find the perfect match for what we were looking for.
She also went above and beyond to get us the best deal, which we really appreciated.
Great store, great service and a lovely experience from start to finish. We’d definitely recommend Laura and Bensons for Beds Braintree! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
