Bensons For Beds - Bolton Recensioni

Best place to go for a new bed the staff are so helpful don’t constantly hound you when looking round we had a lovely gentleman Jamie was so helpful and polite and explained all Advantages of different mattresses for my mum
Thank you Jamie

The staff were very helpful but not pushy & Benson's have a good range of beds, mattresses & headboards to suit all budgets

The young lady that helped us, offered her assistance, then left us to look round for what we wanted without being pestered, then was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product, and then helped with our purchase and delivery,

Super help in store delivery really good

Brittany was really helpful. Showed us the functions of the bed, compared to others and allowed us to make our own decision. Very pleasant and informative.

Simon and the team were very helpful in every stage of the purchasing process. The were well informed and friendly, and went above and beyond with helping me find my perfect bed and mattress.

Simon in the Bolton shop was very helpful.

Staff were very friendly and helpful with us taking our time choosing the right mattress for our needs
Brittany was especially helpful.

Simon was exceptionally helpful during my visit to purchase a bed and did everything possible to assist me . He is a great ambassador for the firm.

Very pleasant experience our server was Hawa she was very helpful nothing was too much trouble for her

Great staff, empathetic, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and extremely patient.

Very bad customer service I’m not recommending to any body all is big layers

There was no pressure to buy, but both assistants we dealt with were well informed and answered all my questions succinctly. Courteous and pleasant attitude on both Tuesday & Wednesday. Well done

Excellent service all the way

Excellent service from Zam and Chloe at the Boltongate store. No sales pressure from either of them, but most helpful when I needed assistance. Zam in particular was very pleasant in dealing with all the questions I put to him on my second visit to the store. Hope all goes just as well with the delivery.
