The young lady who served us was considerate, knowledgeable & extremely helpful

Very good service from shop and delivery. Delivery on time Reece and Colin excellent quick and professional and left no mess even removed shoes without being asked. No hesitation to recommend..

Had already researched the bed online. Upon arrival was greeted by the staff member, Davey, who was very friendly and helpful. Bought the bed, mattress, headboard and a pillow. Although initial experience was fairly positive it was not clearly explained that the attached top mattress may move and after a relatively short time that is what happened. Having to buy a replacement mattress. Won't be buying from Bensons for Beds.

The Manager (Ben) took the time & trouble to explain with our visit & was extremely helpful & courteous.

Ben was great, helped as much as needed but wasn't overpowering. Had answers and solutions to everything we asked.

The products were great, but the assistance was almost non-existant. The staff member was efficient at taking payment and making arrangements for delivery, but was unable to offer any advice on the products.

Very well trained staff. We were in the shop planning to buy a new bed and the young lady Assistant was extremely helpful and friendly. She gave very clear information and advice on the type and size of bed we needed. She then stood back and allowed us to try out various beds and to discuss between the two of us which one we preferred without interfering or making us feel at all pressured into buying.
Once we had decided on one she then took us through all the options available again without any pressure - just good clear information about bed size etc and then gave us the price with everything we wanted included.
A delivery date was also given.
Overall a very pleasant experience!!

Ww spent over £800 on a new mattress and after only 2 months it started to dip where we slept . We informed the shop about this and we where told it it settle in .keep turning the mattress around and over . We did this. Yet after a couple of months later it got worse. We complained to the shop and they are trying their hardest to get out of this issue. We would never buy off them again or recommended this company.

Staff knowledgeable, and most importantly not pushy.

Salesman was really helpful, no pressure and on hand to answer any of our questions.

We visited the showroom in Blyth with little idea of which bed would be most appropriate. We knew the limitations of our flat and some features we would like to include. The manager was very friendly and helpful, by a process of elimination we came to a choice from three, taking into account size, firmness and storage. We never felt that we being pushed towards a particular type or make of bed, the manager listened then gave us advice and guidance to our choice. We didn’t feel pressured at any time, we were offered extra services of which we decided on assembly on delivery, old bed removal and insurance. I was pleasantly surprised at the final price and we look forward to having the bed delivered soon. All in all I would recommend Benson’s for Beds to anyone, the staff are friendly, professional and helpful, the beds are reasonably priced and you’re helped to choose what you want.

There were plenty of staff available, they were attentive and helpful and I was encouraged to look at all options for the product I was looking for.

The lady that looked after me was very helpful and knew her job, she was extremely helpful making the experience pleasant
