Very positive visit, our customer adviser was very knowledgeable and very helpful, answering all our queries.

Jean from the Wolverhampton storewas amazing, she gave great advice and allowed us to come to decisions in our own time. She showed us what she thought we would like after asking us a few questions about our sleeping habits. We picked a bed with no fuss at all. She didn't try to sell us anything extra. She was fab.

We went into Bensons for Beds on the Bilston Road in Wolverhampton and we were extremely pleased with the service. Jean was very attentive and knowledgable, answering any questions we had. She showed us a variety of options, all at different price ranges, and didn’t push us at all towards any of them. She was very friendly and we were extremely happy with the way we were treated whilst there. Thanks Jean!

Went to look for a head board, there were lots of choice and a good range of materials to choose from. Jean was very helpful and gave us lots of advise and recommendations.

Was shopping for a mattress and bed frame, the two lady's that are working there helped me choose the correct product to my requirements, was very helpful and professional, I would definitely shop there again

The whole experience has gone like clockwork. From visiting your shop in Bilston to the delivery yesterday of our new mattress. In store Lisa was brilliant, told us all we needed to know and offered her excellent advice with no pressure to purchase. We even talked at great lengths about all the great clubs and bands of the 60s. and 70s. The delivery guys were great, on time and super quick. In conclusion, a great experience, really glad we gave you a visit. Much better than Dreams !

Very friendly staff at Wolverhampton store. Communication via e-mail and texts excellent. Very friendly delivery staff too. The only thing that let them down was having to wait for the headboard for a further 2 weeks when it should have been delivered with the bed.

I visited Bensons twice before placing my order. I was given clear, honest and unbiased views by Jean, of the type of products that I required, along with clear explanations of your discounts. The second visit, I was initially helped by another of Jean’s colleagues, who was as equally helpful and professional. I completed my order with Jean who led me through all of the discounts, and came away feeling that I had made some very sound decisions, with a few pennies off the overall cost. I have nothing but absolute praise for the service that I was given.

The assistant showed us the bed we was interested in and explained everything about it including the mattress and about the aftercare , she went through everything slowly and in detail including the finance and delivery, could not fault the experience.

We can't thank Lisa and her assistant Samara,for their support in the parchase of our bed, and sorting out the problem we with our delivery (wrong bed bases). Fone bensons customer service, who were rubbish. Went into the store, Wolverhampton, Lisa the store manager was brilliant, I wish I could say the same for thier customer service operatives. She's got excellent customer service experience, and was very helpful, she's the reason we still are with bensons for beds. Thanks you so much for your support and help. Keep up the good work 👏
