Very nice showroom with knowledgeable and not pushy sales staff. Really happy with the bed for the spare room which arrived today. Very easy to assemble and excellent quality. Delivery was spot on..nice guys and came exactly when they said they would. What more do you want! Will be back for another bed.

My mum and I went into the Biggleswade store to look for a bed for my Grandad and were greeted by the most helpful and kind man. At no point did we feel any pressure to buy anything and it really felt like he had my Grandads needs at the forefront of his mind. Hanif showed us the most suitable mattresses for an elderly man and these also happened to be at the cheaper end of the scale. We did not intend on buying a bed that day but ended up returning later in the day and making two orders. Wonderful man, made us both laugh a lot! Excellent customer service, would highly recommend. Thank you again Hanif!

Benson for Beds in Biggleswade were extremely helpful when it came to choosing our new bed. The sales assistant took their time in making sure that we chose the right one for our needs made sure that we were fully aware of any optional extras that were available to us.

We were served by Mumin at the Biggleswade branch, where we were looking to buy a new mattress. Mumin came across as very knowledgeable and was able to advise on the best mattresses to try and give details on their construction to aid our final decision on which one to purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and he and a colleague actually moved a mattress from one type of bed frame to another so that we could compare them.

Excellent sales person , time to try different beds and pillows , had good knowledge of his products . Thanks to him x

Unbelievably unhelpful. No-one mentioned it's the customer's responsibility the bed will fit of get charged 20%, it wouldn't fit, disgusting service. Store very unhelpful to help with the refund. Customer service said it's the store discretion.. and the store wernt interested in helping us out and refunding

The salesman at Biggleswade was very pleasant and patient with us as we spent sometime choosing mattresses, he was also on his own and had to check downstairs to see if any other customers had arrived. Also prices were right.

Went to the local store for a new mattress there was a good selection to suit all budgets the friendly salesman asked what we were looking for & let us try quite a few to make sure we were happy with our choice placed our order & was told delivery would be about 6 weeks which was fine with us chose a,day which suited us for delivery was kept informed of delivery updates via email received a 2 hour delivery slot the day before & got a call when they were 30 minutes away the delivery guys were polite & friendly took the mattress upstairs to the bedroom & took away our old mattress for recycling a,service we'd paid for all in all a,hassle free & pleasant experience

A good experience throughout the purchase journey. Went initially to Bedford store where a very helpful female store assistant gave us space and lots of help when needed. We approved of the standard of bedroom furniture and the sale prices were also a draw. Living in Sandy, we went to the Biggleswade branch to purchase where we could not praise “Mace” ( the Manager) enough for his extremely helpful approach and bonus offers. The downside was that the 9 week on-line delivery date extended to 11 weeks by the time of actual purchase but due to being on a cancellation list this returned to 9 weeks so a real boost.
Mattress delivered on time (and old mattress collected) by great well-humoured duo. Furniture delivered and assembled expertly by team of 3 without a hitch.
Throughout impressed by the communications personnel (on-line and phone and the actual drivers) about deliveries etc. Felt exceptionally well-informed throughout.
We are thrilled with all of our new bedroom furniture (3 wardrobes with 4 wardrobe drawer units) and 4 chest of drawers - downsides were shame that the latter do not have soft close drawers like the wardrobe doors as they shut with a snap; I did not like the metal handles supplied as rough to handle but the team expertly fitted my own handles instead which definitely look more stylish.
Would not hesitate to recommend the entire service especially with sale prices.

Mohamed Hanif made the transaction very pleasant due to his extremely friendly nature , polite manner to myself , my partner and my daughter and his extensive knowledge . He went above and beyond to help us and we would definitely shop here again .
