Informative salesperson. Very knowledgeable on mattress and bed I purchased.

I used the Biggleswade branch of Bensons. I return there over and over again because I always find them very knowledgeable, and not pushy. Everything Ive bought from there has been excellent. Lovely manner, polite and kind. (staff)

Placed an order online for a bedframe, after visiting the local store to view it. I would have placed the order at the store but I wanted to do further research then placed the order that evening before the sale ended. I have had a delivery date and a comprehensive email detailing all I need to know and do before, during and after delivery. The links included videos and written information, all very helpful.

The assistant have me every opportunity to try here until I found the one most suitable.

Went in for a mattress. Loads to choose from. The sales assistant (Mohammed) was super helpful, not pushy, but just great. Ended up buying a real comfy mattress

We were served by Mohamed Hanif who was most helpful and considerate both in choosing the right mattress and ensuring that my elderly Mother was comfortable and offering her a cup of coffee. We were shown a number of mattresses in a wide price range with no pressure to buy.

My wife and I visited the Biggleswade store to buy a complete bed set. What a charming gentleman served us. He was friendly and knowledgeable and took all the time we needed without rushing us. We are looking forward to receiving our bed in four weeks time. If the delivery and assembly people are as good we shall be delighted.

We visited the branch just to enquire on delivery times for a specific mattress we wanted. Was told it was actually in stock and we could hold it if we left a deposit. First class service.

Went to Biggleswade branch today and found Sultan to be very helpful. He gave us advice, and showed us a few options of mattresses which matched our criteria. We have chosen a matress that was very comfortable and cooling. Added bonus there was an offer of free gel pillows as well. Win win

Helpful customer service and advice regarding purchasing of a mattress

Unfortunately, my bed frame broke after nearly 2 years, although with protection it was covered and customer services sorted out for me to get a new one. Whilst it was handled by customer services, I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Mumin at the Biggleswade store for his excellent personal customer service. He took over sorting out the finer details and made it so easy for me, preventing me from having to send more emails back and forth or make more phonecalls. Personal customer service at it's finest!! Thankyou so much Mumin!! 😊
