I ordered a new bed and bedside cabinets from Bensons, from the ordering to the delivery everything went smoothly they even arrived earlier than they said they would and phoned ahead to let me know. Delivery drivers were polite and friendly and worked quickly and even took all the rubbish away with them. Could not recommend Bensons highly enough!!

i buy the bed from benson in2024 and…
i buy the bed from benson in2024 and bed damage after 2 years and i have warranty under 5 years and they rejected my claim and says its not manufactured fault and i spend £1600 on bed and mattress the customer care was so rude they keep saying we mishandled the bed the wood broken from the side and the ottoman doesn’t work properly we have send them proof video and pictures, still they don’t want to listen such a waste of money.

I bought my daughter's bed in-store
I bought my daughter's bed in-store as I wanted to try out the mattresses, and I wanted to talk to a salesperson. I was very happy with the help that I received.
I was emailed a date for the delivery and this was confirmed nearer the date with a delivery slot. The delivery firm rang up the day before to confirm the delivery and the bed was delivered with no problems.

First class service - all Bensons service, from Farai in the Showroom at Ropewalk, to the delivery of the mattress this morning. Excellent communications and Farai set the tone with his helpful advice and professional knowledge, which enabled us to make a choice of mattress. Delivery this morning was hassle-free with two delivery gentlemen - Bensons for Beds must be congratulated.

Buying a new mattress after 20 years
My husband and I went into the shop to test a few mattresses, having decided years ago we needed a new one. We were impressed with the knowledge of our assistant, Daria, who asked our preferred sleeping positions and recommended options for us to try, as well as explaining the differences between different mattresses. She was also great at telling us any negatives so we had a full picture of what would suit us best. I would recommend the experience to anyone: we did not feel rushed and spent ages checking different mattresses. I also appreciated the way the shop manager explained our options for finance, and offered a number of different delivery dates so that we could identify one convenient to us.
