Bensons For Beds - Beckton Recensioni

The service was excellent , the delivery on time mans were Chris and Wayne was brilliant.

A lovely Indian man served us at Beckton. He was really helpful and showed us lots of options before buying

We spent 2 days in Benson and the staff in the Beckton Branch were amazing. So patient with us as we were so indecisive. But they helped us choose 3 frames and mattress which we were able to put in finance. Thank you Tia, Aisha and the manager sheine.

Aysha was fantastic listened and explained, thank you so much.

I had the best experience at Harvey’s Store. The lady staff was extremely helpful and nice to me and this has prompted me to get the bed which I was hesitant about before going to the store.I’ll recommend the store to my friends and family.
Excellent customer service 👍👍
Helpful and kind staff👍👍

Great in store service…the colleague who helped us knew everything there was to know about mattresses and helped us select a new one relatively swiftly. She also kindly gave our grumpy three year old some colouring pencils whilst we were paying to keep her happy.

Cherieme was very helpful, and explained everything clearly so we could understand and I am giving her 5 out of 5

All staff polite friendly and very helpful have purchased several times from here as they have good choice of items at a reasonable price would definitely return to this store

There’s a staff member Ayesha Salman who made my experience go really well as she helped me fInding the best thing for my daughters room . I had bed frame and two side tables from them

Customer service staff was polite, friendly, helpful and interacted well.
She was very knowledgeable about the product and gave sound advice.
I will definitely attend Benson bed in Gallions Reach to purchase other products.

The sales person was really good, patient with me and ready to help.

When choosing a bed and mattress, we were able to approach the staff and ask questions. Aisha was very helpful and spoke to us about the ranges of mattresses and what might suit us better. Aisha was very helpful with our situation of placing the order and keeping it on file until we actually needed the order to go through. We also got an extra 10% off of the mattress price on the day of ordering. Aisha explained all the finances, such as total cost, discount and delivery. She made sure it was exactly what we wanted before we committed to the finance.
Our experience was easy and would definitely recommend Bensons for Beds.

Great and helpful customer service both on the phone with Chelsea and Martyn and in the Beckton store. Not all service was great previously but these 2 people on the phone went the extra mile in helping solve the problem. In store, even though it was closing time, we were not rushed and time was taken to explain everything. Thank you

Waiting for delivery . Received goods all damaged and dirty mattress.

Great customer service, Aisha was very helpful and patient while we were trying to buy beds with our toddler. She understood our requirements and went above and beyond to help us. Thank you.

The sales person took pains to understand our needs and showed us products which matched that. We were able to complete the sale in a single visit.

Great experience great knowledge and very good customer service.

Calm, polite, professional and very knowledgable around products and answered every question we had. Was one of the reasons we came back after lunch to purchase a bed in the end even after looking elsewhere. 5 star ⭐️
