Great experience
The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. They didn't overwhelm me when walking into the store and be pushy. They were patient and considerate of my needs. Barnsley was a great branch, so much so, I've ordered bed and wardrobes!!!

We were looked after very well
We were looked after very well. Gave us time to choose and try the mattresses. Answered our questions clearly and advised us every step of the way. Very unstressful visit. We made our own choice and was advised by the lovely staff.

Carol, was amazing giving great advice on all the beds and mattresses we liked before leaving us to make our decision. We where then guided through the purchasing of our bed frame and mattress and all the insurance options and what they covered and how we would benefit from them without feeling pressured into purchasing it. All in all we had a great experience with some great help and advice from the staff.
