Michael was brilliant. We found exactly what we needed. He was very respectful of my son, whose bed base we were choosing, as he recognised his autism and gave him clear information as well as time to think and make his own decisions. Exceptional service!

The young lady , Naomi, who served us at the Banbury store was excellent. Left us alone to think and try different beds and then was on hand to answer all questions advise and process order.

The whole Bensons experience was great from start to Finnish,the young lady in store and the 2 fantastic drivers .

My son returned from university and it’s apparent the mattress that he left is unfit for him now.
We popped into the Banbury store to have a look where after a few minutes of browsing a nice sales assistant came and asked whether they could help and discussed things with my son . He asked if he would like to try the machine which he agreed to . The sales assistant then discussed what the bed machine helped with and chatted throughout the trial. He then let us browse again until we had got all info we needed. We weren’t purchasing then and there as had other jobs yo do on our trip. We came home and ordered the mattress my son tried in the shop based on the information from the machine. We got £25 pff for signing up to get information from yourselves . This helps with delivery charges .
Really positive experience in a clean and well stocked store with kind, knowledgeable and helpful sales assistants.
We will go back and ask to use the machine when we purchase a new mattress for my husband and myself.

Pete was so knowledgable, patient, clear and kind, thank you. He explained well and helped us understand what he thought may work best, pros and cons etc.

Delivered between the time slot
I paid for the bed to be built and this was done quickly and they removed all rubbish and was extremely polite

From choosing, ordering through to delivery and installation, Benson have been very efficient, flexible and kept us informed, especially on delivery where we were contacted at various times for update on timings which was very helpful
