Great choices and value
There was a great range of mattresses and frames to choose from Jocelyn was particularly helpful friendly and patient with great knowledge Eric who also assisted in the final sale was also great There was no pressure we had plenty of time to make our choice and some great offers available too We purchased a lovely ottoman bed with great storage and a very comfortable Igel mattress All the staff seemed very approachable and made us feel comfortable while trying out beds in the store Looking forward to our new bed

Sales assistant made a mistake when I paid and the payment failed to go through this meant that all the arrange ments confirmed at the time of purchase did not go through causing me lots of problems
I was so angry that I have cancelled the order as your company failed to filfill its duty.

A good range of beds and mattresses
A good range of beds and mattresses, Paul salesman in Ayr store was very patient, informative and helpful for us. We intended to return to the store to purchase our mattress but online has an extra % discount which meant we ordered it there. This is unfortunate as wanted to give Paul the sale. Apart from that the process was straightforward and quick.
