Really good, lots of choice
Ashley was really helpful but not fussy. He offered great choices to go with my ideas and the whole transaction was completed really efficiently. Lots of opportunity to really study and try out the beds.

The staff member that helped me choose a bed was very helpful and knowledgeable. She showed me several mattresses to find out which one I liked and the same with frames.

Excellent service
Ashley greeted me as soon as I walked in, directed me immediately to the product I was looking for and gave me a minute alone to select my colour while he sorted my order. Ashley input the order quickly & efficiently, offered insurance and showed me how the Black Friday was shown on my bill. He was very patient when my card was declined (wrong PIN again) and went through the receipt before I signed it. All with a smile. He couldn’t have been nicer.

Very helpful
The sales assistant Faseela was very helpful when she didn’t know the answer to one of our questions she went to find out to make sure she gave us the correct information. Very pleasant experience so far hopefully the delivery will go as smoothly.

Sleepy heads
Knew what we wanted before entering retail shop. Benson's representative Ashley was very helpful and polite. We will have to see how we fare on delivery before commenting any more. Delivery due in November.

Great service, Good price, no pressure.
Popped into Aylesbury branch on the off chance to find a good mattress. We were shown a selection that fitted our criteria. Found just what we needed and at a good price.

The assistant was knowledgable when answering questions. She advised, without being pushy.
I came back next day to purchase a divan. Fez explained the delivery process and how I could change the dates if necessary.
She was a credit to the Aylesbury branch
