Initial ordering of the bed in store…
Initial ordering of the bed in store was brilliant, after waiting weeks finally bed was in stock for delivery- tracked right to my door before being told my order wasn't on the van then had to wait over 4 weeks for a new delivery date 2nd attempt went more smoothly can't fault the delivery team but as a whole experience would avoid using bensons for beds again due to the stress of it all

Be Cautious of Measurements
Lovely staff in the shop and we ordered a lovely bed in March 2025 to get delivered 19th May 2025. Delivery was delayed for no obvious reason until 30th June. Then when the date came the bed couldn't fit. It was a bit of a nightmare but thankfully a guy called Wayne at the Kittybrewster shop in Aberdeen has saved the day and really helped us out, now we will have a bed on 18th August which should fit in the house and no extra charges.

The Assistant took the time to help us…
The Assistant took the time to help us choose a mattress. We tested every mattress in the building three or four times before we decided which one suited our knees. We never felt rushed or that anything was to much bother. The assistant knowledge was excellent.

Both people, Daisy and Kadri, they were very helpful and above all patient. I had a lot of questions and can't decide and thanks to the fact that they were friendly and nice I finally chose my dream bed. Their profesional advices were priceless.

Very helpful and not pushy at all
Very helpful sales assistant, Daisy wasn't at all pushy showed us the bed we were interested in and how it works then left us to look with no pressure. We nipped to another shop to have a look but came back to buy the beds from Bensons, while we were away she had been working out ways to get us the best deal with the 25% off if you spend over £750. Hassle free experience dealing with Daisy and would definitely recommend.
