Working with Kevin Martin at Benoit Properties was a successful first experience. Professional, knowledgeable, reliable, available, trustworthy, patient and efficient were Kevin best qualities. I never felt pressured during the process of buying my first property abroad.
I received a lot of information on the developer, finance availability and he got me in touch with a local lawyer to represent me on my demand.

Overall, communication was outstanding.

Onto my third purchase professionally guided by the two Global seasoned Realtors Fred Benoit and Matt Levin. This time it’s an investment in Panama. I was guided on the city and country dynamics by Fred and led into this new exciting investment in Santa Familia by both he and Matt. They are absolute world class in their knowledge and most of all have the empathy to listen and consult and so never push a sale but lay out the business and lifestyle case pro and against. Matt and his USA also helped me exit a property in New Orleans by selling it in record time and at a profit. Is there any Better than Benoit - I doubt it.

I recently purchased a home from Benoit properties any it was very smooth transaction. I was a little concerned due to dealings in UK for the project in US, however the sales agent Kevin was excellent and I had no problem.

The delivery price and time was changed at the last minute by the party responsible for construction in US, which was annoying.
