No refund for dead battery (within warranty)
Purchased the 502c model on October 2024 from showroom in Mumbai, India. On March 2025 the battery went dead middway home. Had to purchase locally available battery then. This new battery from brand Exide cost me INR 2500. So now the service centre says, they will refund me INR 2500. I understand the original battery comes for more than INR 10000, for which i paid when i purchased the bike!. What sort of illogical solution is this?
Worst part is, my mail goes unanswered from the customer care team. Their is no one who is taking responsibility for my grievance.
