Disappointed after ordering 3 t-shirts and feeling scammed. The product is not what they advertise on their website.

First of all they try to look as an US company, but when you order you realize the product is shipped from China. I did receive the product after a couple of weeks, but the shirts don't look like in the images they sell online. The stamp on the shirts is worse quality, darker and not looking sharp at all. Then the fabric itself looks cheap, I'm not sure how it will end up after washing.

The t shirts are absolutely trash and they do not do refunds. When I showed pictures of how terrible they were, they said they do not do refunds. Not kidding I made my own shirts a month ago with low resolution images and they turned out 10 times better. Huge scam of a company

Ordered 3 items. 1 item was a jumper and they sent a t-shirt instead. I emailed customer service to see if they could send the correct item and I'd return the t-shirt. Customer service was hopeless. After sending 6 messages, I am still being asked to send more photos of the items and check the items again as though the t-shirt is going to magically turn into a jumper. Had to go via paypal for a refund. I would never purchase from the company again. Note that items & customer service is from China, but it pretends to be a US company.

Horrendous!! Do not use. I wish that I had read and taken the reviews seriously. Hopefully I can save other people wasting their time and money.
The "customer service" is completely awful for when you inevitably have issues with your order - the worst I have ever experienced. So unprofessional, nothing is clear, the lack of communication makes it feel like the whole website and company is just a scam. There is so human element to it at all. I am at the beginning of what I predict is going to be a very long and stressful process to get a refund.

T-shirt bestellt. Nach ein paar Wochen angekommen.
Leider ist die Qualität des Tshirts so schlecht, dass es sich nach ein paar mal waschen aufgelöst hat.
Der Costumerservice ist leider wenig kooperativ. Wirklich nicht zu empfehlen.

Tshirt did arrive fairly quickly from China, tshirt at first was very decent, 2 washes later it's covered in holes and half the print has come off, contacted them for a refund or a swap and was met with hurdles, more money to send a new one 20% off my next purchase. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

I’m very disappointed with this purchase. The delivery took almost a month because the item was shipped from China, something that was not mentioned at all on the website. The materials and the print quality are terrible, completely different from what the photos online suggested. After reading their policies, it’s clear that getting a refund is impossible. Definitely not recommended.

Die Bestellung wurde am 17.07. aufgegeben und kam am 29.07. an. 1,5 Wochen Lieferzeit aus einem China Shop sind absolut in Ordnung.
Die Qualität des Shirts ist so erstmal in Ordnung, allerdings definitiv keine 100 % Baumwolle. Eher Mischgewebe aber noch akzeptabel.
Der Print hingegen ist von schlechter Qualität. Das schaut einfach nicht gut aus und auch überhaupt nicht so, wie im Online Shop dargestellt. Zudem ist der Print etwas überdimensional, auch das ist wieder abweichend vom Produktbild.
Fazit: Kann man so tragen, gibt aber definitiv besseres.
Es ist schon ein bisschen Scam, wenn die Sachen doch sehr vom Produktbild abweichen.
Als Shirt zum Schlafen reicht es.
Ich würde von einem Kauf letztendlich eher abraten und sagen gebt das Geld lieber in einem vernünftigen Shop aus.

Ordered a T-shirt 3 weeks ago, followed the tracking that stated it was delivered, contacted them via their email address: an outlook.com address (should’ve set alarm bells ringing anyway), and despite several emails to chase up what’s happened - unsurprisingly - no response. Several searches since suggest this is a SCAM ☹️ Annoyed at myself as I’m normally ultra cautious.

Bought two t-shirts and the print on both is way worse than advertised on the webpage. The print on pictures on the webpage looks clear and sharp, the actual product is way darker and much more grainy. Really shitty way to market products as they look totally different than advertised. Would caution everyone to stay away.

Ich habe vor 3 Wochen aufgrund einer werbung die ich gesehen habe bei dieser seite bestellt. alles in allem sieht sie sehr seriös aus, ich hab zu dem zeitpunkt auch gegoogelt, ob die seite scam sein könnte. hab aber nicht viel gefunden, also bestellt - bis heute ist nichts angekommen, ich habe mehrere shirts für ein geburtstagsgeschenk bestellt. stand zur party richtig dumm da mit süßigkeiten, da das geschenk nie angekommen ist. bitte bestellt nicht auf dieser seite, ihr werdet eure ware nicht erhalten.

I ordered 3 tees all of which have descending print quality. Nothing like the adverts. Very disappointed and so is my son.
