Worst workmanship I have ever seen!!
Disgusting to send my children's bed out in this condition.
Its not the only issue with this bed.
1. YOU only put in 1 gold screw for the headboard so that can't be used!
2. YOU only put in 1 white plastic proctetor for the gold screw for the mattress!
3. YOU only put in 4 castor wheels instead of 6!
4. 2 of the 4 castor wheels are totally the wrong size for this bed!
5. As mentioned the workmanship is awful. How can you let your staff be this careless, and whoever checks them, well maybe they need retraining or a another job in a different industry!!

Thats not all, if you see my order number the 1st bed that I think by more luck than judgement had all necessary parts but you only went and messed that order up by sending one with no drawers, at the time of the delivery I couldn't be bothered to send it back as your driver was very distressed with the situation (on CCTV)
This has been sorted as the driver contacted your customer service to arrange a partial refund,your driver must have a mobile number to get hold of your CS as it rung once, whereas I spent 90 wasted minutes on your number this morning and eventually gave up, luckily for the person at your office as I am fuming, you probably have no one on the phones!! AS YOUR DRIVER WARNED YOU WILL NEVER GET THROUGH ON THE PHONES, ALSO CAPTURED ON CCTV!!!

Awesome quality bed delivered, they had a problem with sick driver but delivered next day very friendly and helpful Khaled delivered my bed thanks guys.

Got my Bed & Mattress today. Very helpful & friendly driver who brought all the bits inside for me. Thanks Tez.
Bed was easy to assemble with all same size screws, and the tool was supplied. Looks smart.
Mattress is superb. I'm going to need a bigger Alarm clock.......!

We ordered a 3ft single mattress after many emails 3phone calls we had a deelivery date on a monday after noon 7pm no sign phone call of driver will be 2hrs late 10-45pm another call saying he was lost could i come out to him i asked where he was he could not tell he rang again at 11-45pm i thought i knew where abouts he was as i found him he was unloading the mattress against the local pub wall i had the paper work thrown at me he refused to deliver to my house then threw mattress on top of my car and he drove off, after struggling home we found the mattress was the wrong one anyway many emails later we are still waiting to hear from them about collecting the wrong mattress and deliver the right one.

All i can say is this is literally the worst place to order something wrong. Mattress took forever to come, when it finally came, it was the wrong size, took them over 3 weeks to collect the mattress and then a over a month to even send me a refund ( i still do not have the refund either) they ignore your emails, no apologies. Even the guy who collected the mattress had the worst possible attitude. This place is all together a nightmare honestly

If I could leave zero stars i would! As this company does not deserve even 1 star!
They have taken my money and not delivered my bed. They are ignoring all my calls, emails and messages and have even blocked me on Facebook when I've asked them to contact me. They are a scam!!! I have since seen hundreds of negative reviews for this company, I just wish I had seen them before investing £800 into an invisible bed!!
I will be taking this further, as my daughter is left with out a bed now....right before Christmas too!

"Stock", "delivery times" and "customer service" don't count for much with BedWorld.

My order was placed on 10th November, due to arrive in 6-12 days. I was called a week later to be told that the bed isn't actually in stock and delivery would be from 15th December (30+ days). I was offered an "in stock" alternative, which I accepted and was told it would be delivered within a week, no later than the following Friday. Got a call that Friday to be told it would be delivered on Sunday. Received this text on Sunday saying delivery ain't happening:

"Hi, Due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to deliver your goods today. Courier will get back to you asap with new delivery date. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Thanks"

I haven't heard back from Bedworld. I've emailed twice and still no reply. Oh - and it takes 30-60 minutes to get through on the phone, so I'm in that queue now - 20 mins in, wish me luck.

And of course, it's all because of Covid....

Things don't go to plan - I get that. What is inexcusable is that you don't pick up the phone to customers who plan to be around all day to get an order and explain why it happened and what you'll do to rectify. Unless this is so common in your business that you have to make so many of these calls that you don't get round to them.

Highly recommend bedworld

Absolutely appalling quality, matress paper thin and soft but was meant to be medium firm, divan base castor holes not aligned so could not put castors on, divan drawer covered in glue. Had to open and put together to identify issues. Customer service number not available (email only) and as opened would not refund. Had no choice but to use as no other bed a no offer of a replacement. No contact from them since. Daughter now has bad back as a result. Disgusting quality and service and should not be allowed to be in business. As a side note read their. .T&Cs before accepting delivery, absolute con men.

Very good service, they arranged a Sunday delivery and although I couldnt be at home the driver left the mattress exactly where I'd asked, and the mattress seems comfortable and very good value.

Got my headboard few weeks ago and mattress today. Lovely products and the storage bed works like a charm. Would recommend this company. Five stars for the driver called Johnny who carried the mattress inside the building
