Not at all impressed. It took nearly a week to dispatch what should be a very simple order and then sent with a courier that couldn't deliver on time. I waited in all evening for delivery which was then cancelled at 9.30pm and rearranged.

Great company who knows how to do things right! . Quality products, described honestly. Delivered on time , wrapped and presented tastefully. Absolutely would recommend Bedfolk . I will be back for more 😁

The linen bedding bundle from Bedfolk is the best bedding I have ever bought. Exquisite quality and softness, beautiful colour and wonderful to sleep in. Would highly recommend.

The bedfolk products I purchased firstly, are beautiful. The fabric is so soft and such good quality, everything met expectations and beyond. Some beautiful bits purchased for our new baby! Also the parcel arrived very quickly and it was beautifully wrapped and presented. Everything I have experienced with this brand is top quality - I would recommend!

Returning customer. Cloud soft bed linen, purchased for our own bed and for our guests. Our son and daughter in law loved the linen bedding so much when they came to stay that we bought them a complete set for Christmas.

Bedfolk really strive for great customer service and it is a pleasure to shop with them. Quality products that arrive beautifully packaged. This is my second purchase but won’t be my last. My recent purchase was the bathmat which is so soft underfoot and a lovely neutral fawn colour. Love their products!

Fabulous products- linen pillow cases and cotton throw. Had had linen and cotton duvet covers previously and love them all. Very well made products in great colours. Beautifully packaged with care.

Bedfolk are a great British company to order from. They are quick to help with any queries.
I've had a few Bedding Bundles in the last few years and just treated myself to the Linen ink Super king set. Linen is expensive so I wanted a set I knew would last. It washes well and I find it extremely comfortable to sleep in. My last set of linen is in really good condition after at least three years of using every other week.

So with warmer months approaching I needed two new super king bedding sets. I purchased the first one from another major luxury bedding company which I wont name. that was a crisp cool cotton product. So the equivalent to what I purchased here at Bedfolk. I couldn’t find another colour I liked so done a search to find Bedfolk, who I had never heard of, but it looked good quality and thought I would give them a go.

Bedfolk was more than twice the price as the other leading bedding company, but I don’t mind paying more for something luxury and better quality. I’m in no way a penny pincher, so to speak.

I found bedfolk to be a very good quality for the crisp cotton bed set. But nothing special. In fact, it was probably a touch better quality in thickness, but not in softness or airiness as the other brand I bought.

I’m sure bedfolk have some fantastic story as to why their cotton is more expensive. Comes from an ancient tribe in Timbuctoo or something. Marketing yardee ya. But the reality is this. Its simply not worth the price of £270.00 quid for a bed set that includes a duvet cover, sheet and two pillow cases. Especially when you can get a slightly better one over half the price from a leading luxury bedding online retailer.

I would probably buy another set from Bedfolk, should they have some kind of 40 percent discount or something. But overall wouldn’t buy from here again based on value to quality ratio.

I ordered a luxe and a relaxed cotton set from Bedfolk, I had by mistake ordered the Luxe in an incorrect size and had decided I preferred the relaxed cotton, nothing was too much trouble for the Bedfolk team, the return was easy and efficient they read my notes on the return emailed me and confirmed my exchange , the products are exceptional quality but it's the customer service that will keep me coming back time and time again. Bedfolk were extremely unhelpful when I wrote to them explaining that my rust coloured pillow cases had faded dramatically whereas the ochre ones had not -both being exposed to the same amount of light. They confirmed that there is no warning on their instructions about not exposing them to sunlight. They said that the ochre ones may fade in the future! Quote from Ashley -"The ochre could probably will fade in time if continued exposure occurs- it may just be taking longer to fade - there is no guarantee; it's always simply a risk".
I don't normally write reviews but in this case was so incensed by their very arrogant and totally unhelpful approach to myself as a customer who bought these items not expecting fading. Dreadful customer service.

The Dressing Gown I ordered was really lovely. Fantastic quality, & great to know it is ethically made .
Customer service was 5 Star and great to be able to chat to someone on the phone.
The item was well packaged and prompt delivery.

I recently found Bedfolk and ordered their beautiful coloured Rose squishy square large padded pillowcases. They are so soft and inviting that I decided to get the matching quilt that arrived a couple of days ago. The rose colour is so sweet, a muted soft pink that goes with everything. And the quilt is beautifully made and will be just right in the summer with a sheet instead of a duvet. They both look wonderful on the bed and the only problem now is actually getting up!

I ordered the relaxed cotton bedding in Rose. Sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers. Beautiful colour very soft and comfortable to sleep on. Excellent delivery had everything within 2 to 3 days. I would definitely order again from this company. Very happy with my purchases. Five stars plus
